NHS Health Scotland Maternal and Infant Nutrition Conference 7 February 2013
Registration for NHS Health Scotland Maternal and Infant Nutrition Conference on Thursday 7 February 2013, 09:00-16:00 at Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh is now open. To register for the conference you can use the online booking form, where you can also view a draft programme. The conference will focus on maternal and infant nutrition and its influence on future health and other outcomes. The broad theme within this is the use of Assets Based approaches to improving Maternal and Infant Nutrition. Parallel sessions will be themed around key elements of the Maternal and Infant Nutrition Framework and will include:
· Education, training and practice
· Maternal nutrition
· Practical support for parents and carers
· Supportive environments
· Practical examples of using Assets Based Approaches
