Douglas Strang of BTO Solicitors Employment team will talk you through the practicalities of getting your staff back to work as we move through the Scottish Government’s phased approach to easing lockdown. Lindsay MacNeill from BTO’s Health and Safety team will review your duties as an employer to ensure the safety of your staff and how best to meet your legislative responsibilities in light of the current situation and shifting government guidance.
