Community Wellbeing Action Research
The Community Wellbeing Action Research (programme) from the Robertson Trust will see up to 8 community organisations developing and delivering support and services alongside their community, which take a trauma informed approach to improving wellbeing, targeted on the needs of families and children aged 0-12.
An initial 6-12-month period of learning and support will give organisations the skills and capacity to co-design and lead delivery of an initial 3 year programme alongside community members and other public and third sector organisations in their communities. The programme will be evaluated, and we aim to improve wellbeing outcomes for individuals and the community as a whole in addition to improving the capacity of organisations to lead on a trauma informed and community led approach.
