Community Food Health Scotland (CFHS) annual networking conference, Priceless
We are delighted to announce that registration is open for the Community Food Health Scotland (CFHS) annual conference, Priceless: the networking event for everyone who values the contribution of low- income communities in addressing food insecurity, health inequalities and social exclusion, which will take place at COSLA Conference Centre in Edinburgh on Monday 4 November 2019.
The Keynote speaker will be a former advisor to Community Food and Health (Scotland), Professor Wendy Wills from the University of Hertfordshire. Wendy is Professor of Food and Public Health and Director of the Centre for Research in Public Health and Community Care.
In the morning there are various workshops and in the afternoon participants will hear and respond to the conclusions of the government summit on community food initiatives which will have taken place six weeks earlier.
