Better Start consultation: community retailers
Glasgow Community Food Network has organised a consultation event with the Better Start team in the Scottish Government. This event is specifically for community retailers – food coops, veg barras, community shops etc… who currently participate in Healthy Start Voucher Scheme, or wish to participate in the upcoming Better Start Scheme.
The new scheme will very likely involve an electronic card, rather than the paper vouchers. The team in the Scottish Government are very keen to make sure that community retailers can still be involved, so this workshop will work through some of the challenges and discuss solutions.
The event takes place in the Albany Centre in the Conference Room on Friday 20th July 2-4pm.
