The Scottish Government has recently published an independent analysis of responses to the consultation on a draft diet and healthy weight strategy, held between October 2017 and January 2018.
Over 360 academics, health professionals, members of the general public, organisations (including health and third sector organisations), local authorities and members of the food and drinks industry responded. In addition to the responses received directly by the Scottish Government, four organisations undertook consultation events with specific stakeholder groups on behalf of the Scottish Government
This analysis report, together with expert advice and evidence, will inform the final delivery plan due for publication this summer.
