Linking community growers, retailers and caterers
Edinburgh Community Food (ECF) was funded by CFHS to follow up the research [PDF, 1292kb] carried out by Blake Stevenson last year, which looked at the feasibility of developing a produce supply chain between community growers and community food retailers and caterers in Edinburgh. ECF is identifying if there is a business case for setting up a supply chain.
