Stimulating the Taste
SCOFF (the Scottish Colloquium on Food and Feeding) in association with the Dept of Marketing, University of Strathclyde, is holding a workshop for anyone interested in food and the written word to come together to share their work and interest.
The organisers would like to extend an invitation to anyone interesting in sharing their work or passion for any aspect of food writing, to submit an abstract of no more than 350 words by 8 December 2010 to a.tonner@strath.ac.uk
Stimulating the Taste’ takes place on 13 January 2011, and is free to attend but places are limited. Contact vicki.watson@strath.ac.uk by 8 December with a brief statement of your interest in attending.

John-Paul Murphy, Brands Marketing Manager, DC Thomson & Co Ltd: “Maw Broon’s Cookbook”; and Dr Kathy Hamilton, Dr Beverly Wagner and Dr Juliette Wilson: “Glasgow Remembered: Food and Nostalgia, reflections from the “Aye Write” festival.
