CFHS launches two new publications
Food, training and learning disability highlights work in Scotland to improve food and health for people with learning disabilities. The report focuses on a training project for support workers but also includes case studies from groups that regularly deliver cooking skills and healthy eating activities with people with learning disabilities.
The Missing Ingredients is based on research carried out by Blake Stevenson to look at the impact of food, health and homelessness work in Scotland since 2006.
Both publications are available to download from the Publications Library.
