The conference will explore the challenge of meeting the needs of Scotland’s older people and delivering greater consistency and equality across Scotland. It will discuss the long-term preventative approach to good health for older people in parallel with delivering immediate care needs in order to ensure that meeting future health and care demand does not become an impossible risk.
