This free half-day conference offers the opportunity to examine collaborative approaches for preventing and tackling health inequalities across Scotland. Join us if you are involved in building a fairer, healthier Scotland want to understand more about the causes of health inequalities and what works in tackling them, and if you are keen to exchange ideas and practice and build new connections with others.
